My name is Zlatko Bijelic and I am the Founder at Tako Agency. We are full-service Shopify agency focused on helping merchants maximize their success. We focus on great design, development that scales, and marketing that reaches the customer.

I started this podcast because I am extremely interested in processes and systems, and most importantly how other business owners run their business. There are so many ways to go about using different software tools, unique marketing strategies, and overall employee management.

I am also interested to learn and expand my personal knowledge on how I can improve my business but also give new and upcoming business a foundation on how to get up and running faster and be more efficient.
